Mild blue cheese with chili pepper
This cheese springs from the idea of creating a uniform and well-balanced blend of mild Gorgonzola and chili pepper seeds. To the eye this cheese resembles a classical Gorgonzola with a very creamy, slightly veined paste; in this case, however, the paste is dotted with bits of chili pepper. The effect on the palate is incredible. The cheese’s sweet creaminess contrasts with the spiciness of the chili pepper, which is alternately mellowed and brought out by the cheese itself. The result is a truly unique product.
