A collection showcases selected examples of the same “kind” of object. For several years now our family has not been so much collecting objects (or cheeses) but ideas, insights, traditions and experiences accumulated in the course of both making cheese and running the family business. This was the inspiration behind our own highly personal Collection, a selection of cheeses and packages that capture our drive to create something exquisite and new. This quest is based on a specific idea: that cheeses can be revisited and updated or benefit from a variety of diverse and innovative influences.
