With an external appearance that is very similar to the most common Lombardy cheeses with a washed rind, this cheese hides a great secret inside: truffle. The unmistakable and unique flavour of truffle creates a natural combination with the aromas and flavours of the aged cheese, giving a traditional product a unique character. The paste, tending towards yellow, is sprinkled with fragments of brown truffle. On the palate, tender and elastic, the taste is a balanced combination of intense and sophisticated aromas.
