This unique cheese because completely without rind and very creamy and melty in consistency, is enriched by flakes of Black Truffle with is own special and incredible
taste and aroma.
The mild taste with hints of milk, intense and slightly spicy typical of the blue cheese melt perfectly with this very particular scent, creating a cheese interesting, original and brand new.
